Terms of Service
Last updated 17 August 2026
These terms cover your use of FuzeBio — the website at getfuzebio.com and the FuzeBio MCP server. Using either means you agree to them. They are written in plain English on purpose; if anything here is unclear, ask us before you subscribe.
1. What FuzeBio is
FuzeBio reads public clinical, regulatory, and financial data and uses AI models to summarise it, model valuations, and track catalysts. It is a research tool.
We are not a broker-dealer, and we are not registered investment advisers. Nothing on FuzeBio is investment advice, a recommendation, or an offer to buy or sell any security. Valuations, fair-value estimates, bull and bear cases, and probability-of-success figures are modelled outputs based on assumptions that may be wrong. Every investment decision you make, and every outcome of it, is yours.
2. AI-generated content and its limits
Reports are generated by large language models at the moment you request them, from sources including SEC EDGAR, ClinicalTrials.gov, FDA databases, PubMed, company disclosures, and market data feeds. We cite the source for claims so you can check them, and we would rather a report say data is unavailable than guess.
Even so: AI output can be wrong. It can misread a filing, miss a recent disclosure, or state something with more confidence than the underlying evidence supports. Market data and cached research may be stale. Verify anything you are about to trade on against the primary source we link to.
3. Your account
- You must be 18 or older to hold an account.
- Accounts are managed through Auth0. Keep your login credentials secure — activity under your account is your responsibility.
- One account is for one person. Do not share credentials or API access with others.
- Give us an email address you actually read. It is how we reach you about billing and service changes.
4. Subscriptions, trials, and billing
We sell two separate products. Holding one does not grant the other.
- FuzeBio Pro — $29/month. The web app: unlimited company research, valuation models, pipeline and catalyst tracking, and watchlists.
- FuzeBio MCP server — $14/month. The same research called from Claude or any other MCP client. Billed separately from Pro, and it has no free trial.
The Pro trial is seven days and needs no card. You get full access, valuation models included. If you do nothing, the trial simply ends — there is no charge and nothing to cancel. You are only ever billed after you choose to subscribe.
Subscriptions are monthly and renew automatically until cancelled. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card details. Prices are in US dollars and exclude any taxes that may apply to you.
Cancel any time from your profile. Cancellation stops the next renewal; your access continues to the end of the period you have already paid for, and nothing renews after that. We do not pro-rate refunds for a partial month, but if you were charged for something you did not get, email us at support@getfuzebio.com and we will make it right.
We may change prices. If we do, existing subscribers get at least 30 days' notice by email before the new price applies to them, and you can cancel before it takes effect.
5. Acceptable use
You may use FuzeBio's output for your own research and investing decisions. You may not:
- Resell, republish, or redistribute FuzeBio reports as a data product or research service of your own.
- Scrape the site or automate access outside the MCP server and its published rate limits.
- Circumvent the paywall, rate limits, or authentication, or share access credentials.
- Use the service to break the law, including securities law — market manipulation and trading on material non-public information are yours to avoid, not ours to enable.
- Reverse-engineer the service or use its output to train a competing model.
The MCP server enforces per-account rate limits so one caller cannot degrade the service for everyone. Sustained attempts to exceed them may end in suspension.
6. Ownership
FuzeBio owns the site, the software, the prompts, and the brand. The underlying facts — filings, trial registrations, regulatory decisions — are public and owned by nobody.
You keep whatever you create: your watchlists and your notes are yours. You may use reports you generate for your own purposes, including inside your firm, subject to the resale limits above.
7. Availability
We aim to keep FuzeBio up, but we do not promise uninterrupted service. Research depends on third-party model providers and data feeds that can fail or rate-limit us. Where one module of a report fails, the rest of the page is still delivered rather than the whole thing breaking. We may change or remove features; if we retire something you are paying for, you may cancel.
8. Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement.
To the fullest extent the law allows, FuzeBio is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, or for lost profits or trading losses, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
Some jurisdictions do not allow these exclusions. Where that is the case, they apply to the maximum extent permitted, and nothing here limits liability for fraud or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
9. Suspension and termination
You can stop using FuzeBio at any time; cancelling your subscription is one click from your profile. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, that abuses the service, or that we are legally required to close. If we close your account without cause, we will refund the unused part of your current period.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product changes. The date at the top always reflects the current version. For changes that materially affect your rights, we will notify subscribers by email before they take effect. Continuing to use FuzeBio after a change means you accept the updated terms.
11. Contact
Questions about these terms, your subscription, or anything else: support@getfuzebio.com. More ways to reach us are on the contact page. How we handle your data is covered in the privacy policy.
