A number looks wrong, a page will not load, or a report contradicts the filing it cites. Send the ticker or the URL and what you expected — those get fixed fastest.
Billing and subscriptions
Charges, cancellations, or a trial that did not behave. You can cancel in one click from your profile at any time; email us for anything the button does not cover.
Your data
Ask for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account. Email from the address on your account and we action it within 30 days.
